D’Artacan and the Three Muskehounds reach Madrid, where a bull-fight is taking place. A bull escapes into the streets and Dogos saves a child. Dogos is treated as a hero, and give wine by the grateful onlookers. Milady, in disguise, offers him another glass of wine. The wine contains a lethal poison, and Milady demands the jewels before she will administer the antidote. Just as D’Artacan is about to hand over the jewels to her, Pom saves Dogos’ live with a gipsy antidote. The jewels are duly returned to the King of Spain.
